Here’s How It Works

Having a comprehensive approach to COVID-19 testing, symptom tracking and contact tracing is just one of the critical strategies that can be used to help organizations slow the spread of COVID-19. If you want to expand your organization’s plans to safely reopen, here’s what a partnership with COVIDCheck Colorado looks like.

Organization interested in proactively managing a potential COVID-19 outbreak enrolls in the COVIDCheck Colorado program.

Organization designates eligible participants, who then sign up for an appointment through our platform.

Participants go to a local clinic or on-site testing location to receive a diagnostic test to determine if they currently have COVID-19 and/or an antibody test, which tells them if they’ve had COVID-19 before.

Those who test positive will receive a phone call from a telehealth provider who will offer support and guidance on self-isolation.

As required by law, all positive cases will be reported to local public health agencies and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Those who have been exposed to the virus will be notified in accordance with the state’s contact tracing protocol and health privacy practices.

Organization can track symptoms and test results via online dashboard. Participants may be tested on a recurring basis to detect new cases. Protocols will vary depending on the partner organization’s goals.
